Qualifications Required
- Applicants should have a degree in graphic/architecture design.
- Min. 3-5 years experience as a designer in architecture /marketing group Experience in design /real estate industry.

To prepare , either within a team or alone , the monthly valuation. To take-off from drawings quantities as needed and to present them in a logical manner. To fully understand the means by which valuations are prepared , the take-off of quantities and on site measurement.

- To understand the difference between Lump Sum and Bill of Rates.
- Ideally to have been employed on multi discipline projects.
- Managing costs on a wide variety of new building projects and structures , such as Airports , residential developments , sports gym , schools , hospitals , offices and Museums.
Qualifications Required
- Applicants should have a Degree / Diploma in civil engineering.
- with minimum 8 years exp in construction of projects , and at least 5 years as a QUANTITYSURVEYOR As a minimum , experience in heavy civil works is required.
- Previous experience as a Site Engineer before becoming aQuantity Surveyor is preferred.
